Hi Lybrate-User, computers emit light which makes your eyes dry and makes it irritable, which could one reason behind your eyes twitching, using eye lubricating drops for a week thrice daily, and take gap every hour and relax your eyes by closing it for 10 mins when you work on your computer. If the problem still persists you might need to see a ophthalmologist to rule out any other problem.

Put hot fomentation on the pimple. Hot fomentation is put some water to boil ,stop the flame and put some clean towel or handkerchief and apply it to closed eyelid use tolerable heat only.
Milflox eye ointment at bedtime on pimple for 15 days to one month.
